Both companies offer a brief, free application process. Qualified patients may choose from several payment plans, including options that offer no interest when the balance is paid within the specified promotional period.
Atlanta Dental Wellness pays the financing fee associated with qualifying interest-free plans. Other financing options may include interest rates similar to those charged by a credit card. Approval, terms, and interest rates are determined by the financing provider.

Dental Insurance
Atlanta Dental Wellness is happy to help you receive the benefits available through your dental insurance plan.
One of our friendly, knowledgeable team members will file your insurance claim and provide the necessary treatment information to your insurance company. Because every plan is different, insurance benefits are estimates and cannot be guaranteed until the claim has been reviewed and paid by your carrier.
After submitting your claim, we allow the insurance company up to 45 days to issue payment. If payment has not been received within that period, the remaining account balance becomes the patient's responsibility and must be paid in full.
Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. You are ultimately responsible for charges not covered by your plan, including deductibles, coinsurance, annual limitations, exclusions, and denied services.
