How Referrals Work

  1. Referral. Your provider refers you, or you tell us who is on your care team.

  2. Records. We request or receive relevant labs and notes with your permission.

  3. Evaluation. We complete your exam and discuss findings with you first.

  4. Coordination. We share findings and a proposed plan with your provider.

  5. Ongoing updates. We keep your care team informed as treatment progresses.

For Referring Providers

We welcome referrals from functional-medicine, integrative, and primary care providers. Call 404-233-1102 to coordinate care for a patient. Both of our dentists are SMART-certified and IAOMT-accredited.
